- TCaT Stops
- Most TCaT stops are located along the roadway. Stops are marked with signage which indicates the bus route number associated with the location.
- Waiting For the Bus
- Passengers should be at the bus stop a few minutes early and have proper fare ready.
- Buses will stop at designated stops, passengers may wave or flag down the bus at a safe location along the route.
- Buses are identified by the route name located on a digital display on the front of the bus.
- Paying your Fare
- TCaT accepts U.S cash or coins, TCaT tokens, T-Pass, TCaT punch pass or transfers.
- Please have exact change, drivers do not provide change. All dollar bills must be unfolded before depositing into the farebox.
- Bicycles on Buses
- TCaT vehicles are equipped with bike racks that allow for the transport of two bicycles at one time.
- Passengers are required to load and unload their own bike.
- Please inform the driver that you will be removing a bike when they reach your destination.
- Service Animals
- Service animals are permitted to accompany individuals with disabilities.
- The animals must be on a leash or carrier.
- Animals must not interfere with other passengers and must be under the constant supervision and control of its owner.
- Luggage and Strollers
- Luggage, carts or dollies must be also be collapsed and sored out of the aisle.
- All strollers must be folded before boarding and must be stowed away safely from the aisles and safety exits.
- Lost and Found
- If you think you left something on the TCaT bus please call 1-800-431-9711. After 30 days, unclaimed articles will be discarded/donated.
